Terrible service. The employees were completely incompetent—they had to remake my order three times because they clearly didn’t know what they were doing. I’m honestly shocked by this level of service. Where is the management, and why isn’t anyone supervising the staff?

The staff either appeared to be new or just not knowledgeable in their position. I've never been to this establishment before so it's a first time experience with Noodles & Company. Everyone was grumpy. I'm sure they were stressed though.... I won't return here for the simple fact that I don't want to get sick from the food. The kitchen was taking a really long time to get meals out. I always try to be understanding when things aren't going smoothly. The staff member ringing people up and delivering dishes to tables told the kitchen staff that another table was getting "annoyed". We could all hear them say it. Very unprofessional. If the food was good, I would've been fine. My dish was served only partially heated. Parts of it were cold. Definitely NOT food safe. For the price I paid and the quality of the food, just drive a mile down the road to another pasta establishment.

Workers are polite and kind, place needed to be vacuumed but if your focused on the floor your clearly not enjoying the food. Best potstickers around and food varieties, from gluten-free substitutes, vegetarian substitutes, and plenty of meat add ons

We eat here regularly and regularly have good service but today is an exception! The young man who was supposed to be taking orders lacks good customer service skills. I worked customer service for years and know it can be difficult dealing with people. BUT…. Not acknowledging customers, with a smile, and just walking away without any explanation leaves a less than pleasant feeling! I usually leave a tip but not today.

Update January 19, 2025 My husband had the beef stroganoff, and I had the new dish, lemon garlic shrimp scampi. The beef was tender and very flavorful. It had a mushroom sherry cream sauce with egg noodles. There seemed to be a lot of steak. The shrimp scampi was very good as well. It had a cream sauce with artichokes and cherry tomatoes. There seemed to be a lot of shrimp. My one critique is the artichokes. I love them, but the outside layers could have been taken out. The outside layers can't be eaten, well, I couldn't eat them...lol. Other than that, I would order it again and again. 😋 Thank you for a great meal. Japanese pan noodles with chicken is delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always asking if we need anything. The restaurant is always clean. Will go again.
